Margie suddenly but peacefully passed away on 22nd May 2019. She was a dear friend, mother and loved one who brought immeasurable joy to all who were lucky enough to meet her. She had many great loves in her life; The outdoors, reading and a good gossip to name a few... but above all was her love of dogs.

Having a number of 4 legged colourful characters over the years, including the invincible Mr Flynn and insanely intelligent Missy, Margie doted on any dog she came across.  She would especially, in her later years, be glued to the TV show ''Paul O’Grady: For The Love Of Dogs'', which followed the staff working at Battersea Dogs Home and the wonderful care that goes into looking after these down-on-their-luck pooches . Margie had an immense respect for this charity, so if you would like to donate anything in her honour, this is the place!
